A couple of weeks ago, a councillor in Leeds, UK branded Andrew Kellett, the cities dumbest criminal. And he was also given an iterim anti social behavior order.

Now you may be wondering why he was branded with this tag. And what he did.

Well, here’s what he did.

Andrew Kellett put up Youtube videos of some of his crimes. You see, the main one saw him in a car going at 140mph. I guess it was well over the legal limit or something.

But that wasn’t the only video. You see, there was this one which shows Kellett refusing to pay a taxi driver the right fare, being driven away from a petrol station apparently without paying, and racing other cars.

I don’t know what he’s got on not paying, but I guess he’ll have a bit of time to think about it. Anyway, Kellet is not supposed to participate in, or encourage others to participate in, the driving of vehicles in a dangerous or anti-social manner.

Oh. And his parents don’t want him to put up anymore Youtube videos.
